About IMIDA
Founded in 2004 as a sales and consulting agency, IMIDA GmbH has grown into a dynamic provider of industrial services, engineering, plant components, consulting, and automation software. Since 2013, we have continuously expanded our portfolio with innovative products such as temperature control systems and quality control measuring systems. Our cross-sector partnerships in fields such as nanotechnology, cable production, and plastics processing demonstrate our versatility.

As an official partner of Crea-Systems Electronic GmbH, IMIDA distributes state-of-the-art temperature control systems and components for machines, processes, and buildings, as well as optical and capacitive measuring systems for the monitoring of monofilaments.
IMIDA is also the official distributor of Ventus labeling systems by KLINGER Finland on the German market, known for their reliability, durability, flexibility, and ease of use.

Diameter and Slub Measuring Systems.
High precision full optical system
- High speed measurement 16,000 times/second.
- State of the art optical sensor.
- Higher repeatability of the measurements.
- Very insensitive to external influences.
- All components are constantly being further developed and improved.
Fully electric Modular Draw Stand.
- Modular design: all modules are identical, making maintenance and repair quick and easy.
- Low spare parts inventory.
- Each godet has its own high torque motor, speed can be controlled individually.
- Stretching possibly already in the draw stand.
No staggering of the godets necessary (different diameters).
Heat System / CREA Systems.
- New modular system for temperature control up to 128 channels.
- Temperature channels: 1-128.
- Sensor types: Thermocouple type J, thermocouple type K or RTD Pt100 and Pt1000. Can be configured via software.
Interfaces: Profinet, Devicenet, Profibus, TCP/IP Modbus.
